These outfits are available at The Designers outlet near the Abdullah Shah Ghazi mazaar in Karachi.

It's in the "blue building" where Asad Tareen used to have his designer interior furniture.

Wajahat,

Thank you for reading my articles so avidly. I'm sorry that my more recent work on Fuzon has been a cause of distress to you, however, I still stand by it.

To begin with, I am also a very big Fuzon fan, I have always been. My views on the newer line-up have been expressed, I still stand by what I wrote about Rameez and I do think that even though he has potential, he needs to hone it further. There was a definite improvement in his vocals and in his live performance at the TMAs and I was glad to see that.

Where my critique for the band is concerned, perhaps my expectations from them far exceeds what they have delivered so far... I still maintain they have the capacity to do more.

Secondly, if I am commenting on their "velvet coats" (and yes, the band members were seen without them after the performance)... it is not an affront to the band itself, but the designer or the creative stylist who dressed them up.

You see, in massive events such as the TMAs, the wardrobe of the performers is handled by another person altogether.
In this case, it was Munib Nawaz, who I am on very good terms with, but whose choice of wardrobe for Fuzon I didn't agree with. So my critique of the band's wardrobe wasn't targeted towards the band itself.

As for what's my problem? I would advise you to do a little bit research into my previous articles related to Fuzon - I have always spoken in support of them, but if I see a potential problem or a lack thereof, I will point it out - before asking me that.

Have a good day.

Regards,
Madeeha Syed

A great article about a group I am a big fan of. I particularly admire the fact that they raise voice against a lot many different important and serious issues.
All the best to Sajid & Zeeshan.

Hi Madeeha,
I've been reading your work for quite a while now and I think you do an exceptional job...I do look forward to my Sunday morning Dawn Images to read celebrity interviews.

However, quite recently I've noticed something quite harsh against the band Fuzon. Now, I've been a fan for many years when Shafqat was in the band and I was saddened that he left because it was sort of an end of an era for me. With the new band member Rameez, I think they are doing a pretty good job, infact I love their first single and always hum to that song. I read an article that you wrote and you completely tore them down...now I respect you as a journalist but come on there are worse bands out there that you could write about! Fuzon's music is soft and mellow, easy listening.

Secondly, this Sunday once again you just had to pick out something on Fuzon. I attended the TMA's and I and my companian hardly noticed their 'velvet coats'! Their performance totally rocked! Music isn't about what the artists wear it's all about their performance...its where they take you when they are performing.

I personally say kudos to Fuzon for being one of Pakistan's excellent bands who continue to do us proud.
I'm sorry Madeeha but what's your problem?? I wouldn't be suprised if your next article disses them once again.
